Tatsuya Nakao became President of New Tokyo Hospital, Japan in June. 2023. He has been working as a foreign proctor of arch repair with Frozenix open stent-graft. He is the director of the Cardiovascular Center and chief of the Cardiovascular Surgery Department. A distinguished graduate of Hiroshima University, class of 1987, he has built a remarkable career in general cardiovascular surgery. He holds the title of cardiovascular surgery specialist certified by three prestigious societies and serves as a certified training instructor under the Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist Certification Organization. His leadership roles include being a Council Member of the Japan Coronary Society and a special regular member of the Japanese Society of Coronary Artery Diseases. In addition, he contributes as a coordinator for the Japan AHVS/OPCAB Research Society and is an international member of the Asian Society for Cardiovascular Surgery. He is also recognized as a Japan Surgical Society Supervisor. His clinical expertise extends to supervising and performing endovascular laser ablation for varicose veins, as well as abdominal and thoracic stent graft procedures. His dedication to advancing cardiovascular surgery is evident through his commitment to training, research, and clinical excellence. He has been an Editorial member of ACR(AME Case Reports).
