Title: Methods of replacement of all aortic root and aortic valve structures using autologous pericardium
In modern cardiac surgery, many operations developed on the aortic root and aortic valve. The procedures of David, Yacoub, Ross and Bentall - De Bono performed for a long time. Reconstructive operations without artificial prostheses are more interesting among surgeons, because it is not necessary to use anticoagulants, and it is cheaper. In 2007, S. Ozaki proposed the AVNeo procedure, which allows using the patient's own pericardium for prosthetics of the aortic valve flaps. In our clinic, since 2017, we have combined methods of replacing the aortic root and aortic valve flaps using an autopericardium (RF patents for invention No. 2664189, No. 2019110471A, No. 2734748C2). The presented methods allow to restore an individual anatomical configuration similar to the natural aortic root and to abandon the use of anticoagulants.
