A case of infective aortitis complicated by aortic pseudoaneurysm following percutaneous coronary intervention
Abstract
A 63-year-old male admitted for evaluation for pyrexia of unknown origin. He underwent coronary angioplasty 6 months back. On evaluation, a diagnosis of infective aortitis complicated by pseudoaneurysm formation with multifocal embolism was made. He was managed with surgical repair of the pseudoaneurysm.
