Abstract
Heart diseases are still a major concern worldwide, and the mortality incidence that is correlated to these heart abnormalities is still high , so that there is a constant need for new treatment approaches, and with the accelerated development in biomedical sciences especially at the molecular level, in addition to the continous progress in material science, biodegradable polymeric based nanoparticles has emerged as a an alternative powerful tool that may open a new avenue for more efficient treatment of heart serious disorders such as atherosclerosis, and ischemic stroke, m,owing to its biocompatibility, low cytotoxicity, targeting capabilities.
